3 days 2 nights Amboseli National Park from Nairobi

Overview

Because of the magnificent elephants that roam freely in the Amboseli National Park carrying their enormous tusks, the area is also referred to as the Land Of Giants. This park, which is about four hours’ drive southeast of Nairobi, Kenya, is renowned for its breath-taking views of the majestic, snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Come along on this 3-day, 2-night tour of the park to see the Big 5 and a wide variety of other wildlife. All of this is set against Africa’s tallest peak, which provides a photographer’s paradise with breath-taking sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the Maasai Village and learn about the real customs and culture of the people.

Day 1: Nairobi To Amboseli National Park

After Breakfast at your city hotel /residential area, you will be picked up by our driver and drive to Amboseli National Park. Your Professional driver/Tour guide /Tour leader are good expert when it comes to positioning the van/ jeep. Upon arrival at the park, you will check in in your hotel/camp, have lunch and have a short rest. Later embark on an evening game drive in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Later returning back in the evening for dinner and overnight at hotel\camp.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park Full Day

After breakfast from your hotel/ camp, you will embark for a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes. Morning game drives which usually a great time to spot predators – especially lions, cheetah and leopards, each of which prefers to hunt in the cool of dawn and dusk. Before you know it, sleepiness gives way to alert excitement as the day begins to unfold. If the weather permits, you will be able to witness the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak. You will get to all the big five the park returning back in the evening for dinner and overnight at hotel\camp.

Day 3:

After breakfast, you will check out at the hotel and proceed for a Morning game drives which usually a great time to spot predators – especially lions, cheetah and leopards, each of which prefers to hunt in the cool of dawn and dusk. Before you know it, sleepiness gives way to alert excitement as the day begins to unfold. If the weather permits, you will be able to witness the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak. You cannot make your journey complete without visiting the local community around the park, which is optional at an extra cost of 20 USD per person for a cultural experience as you interact with the Masai people and get to know their traditional and nomadic way of life, see local arts and crafts among other activities. A Masai guide will take you through their homes to learn the areas of interest like their way of circumsion, visiting their mothers house, meeting their medicine men, making fire by rubbing two sticks together and finally visiting the Masai market where you will be offered a chance to shop their items. You will later drive to Nairobi arriving later afternoon. Thereafter your guide will drive you off to Nairobi at your area of preference.
